This Privacy Policy explains the purposes for which Sungate Tour processes your personal data, who we share it with, and your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Sungate Tour acts as the data controller.
During booking and enquiry processes we collect the information you share with us, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message; when you use the website we also collect limited technical data through cookies (IP address, browser information).
Your personal data is processed in order to assess and manage booking requests, to communicate with you, to improve the quality of our service and to fulfil our legal obligations.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is required to fulfil our legal obligation, and that it serves our legitimate interests; where necessary, it is processed with your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be shared with the business partners involved in tour operations and with legally authorised public authorities, but only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
