These Terms of Use set out the rules and conditions governing the use of the website operated by Sungate Tour ("Sungate Tour", "we") and of the day tour services we provide. By using the website or requesting a tour booking, you are deemed to have accepted the terms below.
Sungate Tour organises day tours in and around Antalya. Information on tour programmes, routes, duration, transport and prices is published on the website. This information may be updated without prior notice in line with capacity, weather conditions and operational requirements.
Booking requests are received via WhatsApp or our other contact channels. No online payment is taken through the website; the payment method and amount are communicated to you when your booking is confirmed. Your booking becomes final once we have confirmed it.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour or change its programme because of weather conditions, insufficient participation or force majeure. In such cases you will be offered an alternative date or refunded any payment made. For cancellations by the participant, the applicable cancellation terms are notified at the time of booking.
Participants are required to be ready at the meeting point at the stated time, to follow the instructions of the guide and crew, to choose activities appropriate to their own state of health, and to carry valid identification. Participants are responsible for any problems arising from a failure to observe the rules given.
Sungate Tour provides its services with due care. It cannot be held liable for damage arising from the participant's own fault, the acts of third parties or force majeure. Information on the website is provided for guidance; should it contain an error, the current information given at booking confirmation prevails.
The logos, images, text and other content on the website belong to Sungate Tour and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
